Paypal Refund Policy Change.

I've just been on the phone to Paypal to clarify the recent email from them about fees not being reimbursed when making refunds. I wanted to confirm whether or not this affected eBay transactions as well. Well, it does. Was everybody aware of that? So, if you sell something for £500 and have to issue a refund, Paypal will not reimburse the 20 odd pounds you paid in fees to them. Yes, that's right.
I am not in the habit of having to issue refunds but it does happen. Not impressed at all about this development. What next?
