You can obviously ask whatever price you choose but for information the 1957 FA cup final items sell on ebay regularly as follows.
Programme-About £10
Song sheet-possibly £10
Ticket-usually £15 and on a very good day £20
At £100 for a programme plus one of the others they will never sell,imo.

There's lots more examples of sellers asking stupid prices for programmes that they'll never sell. Some have been on there for literally years!
