I went to the Post Office last Thursday on my way to London for a few days. When I got there it weighed 2.3 kg. As it was last thing I didn't have time to weigh it beforehand and thought it was under 2kg so would cost £2.95 to post but instead it was going to be £12 !!!!!!
I thought rather than leave it until Monday I would do a slight detour to Retford and deliver them first hand !!!!!!
This morning I got a Christmas card and £5.00 from the buyer thanking me for delivering them personally.
Didn't expect this and just thought it was a really nice thought and shows there are some very good people out there

bit of a boring story sorry but just made my day
