Came across a couple of Notts County possible rarities whilst helping a mate sort through his collection.
Just wondering if anyone can advise if they are indeed, rare and if so if anyone has an idea of values (past eBay/auction sales).
Nothing currently listed or recently sold on eBay.
Notts County v Chesterfield - 4 page issue from October 1950 - in support of the Cresswell Colliery disaster.
The other is from October 1949 and is
a pirate issue for Notts v Leyton Orient.
Many thanks.

Hello,

Speaking from an Orient's fan perspective, I don't see many Orient pirate programmes that are particularly sought after.

I know one Orient fan who has nearly 3,500 Orient programmes and says he has never shown any intent of buying a pirate programme and does not own a single one.

That's the view from an 'O'.

Kind wishes,

Davis

Thanks for the quick and informative reply, Davis.
Guess that sorts that one out!

No worries.

I'm sure it may be still be worth punt on eBay in regards to Notts County fans.

You never know - there may be a NCFC on here.

I had a copy of the Notts v Chesterfield about five years ago purchased for £75. My copy later fetched a staggering £196 through Sports Programmes. It is a true rarity.
