RIP Paul Madeley

Sad to hear that we've lost another great from yesteryear.

Paul Madeley in his own words wouldn't have made anybody's all time Leeds XI, but during his time at the club, he played in every position and started almost every week and made over 500 appearances at the club.

Apparently he used to tell Don Revie and Jimmy Armfield when he was due a new contract "Just give me the papers and I'll sign. I only want to play for Leeds."
Don't see many players doing that today.

RIP Mr Versatile.

Rumour has it that the Leeds fans will have a minute's applause in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th & 11th minutes.
