Just a note to say hello chaps from chilly Oldham.

Ive been collecting Latics for over 30 years and programme wise am missing 12 home and away back to 1950.

About 6 years ago I started to collect just about anything Oldham - tickets, shirts, scarfs and so on. Had to buy a three bedroom house couple of years ago as I needed the extra space for the collection.

Last year I started to host a website related to the collection which has had the official stamp of approval from the club.

Take a look at www.museumdelatique.com

Gary

Superb site Gary, well done Mate.
I am one of those vagabonds from down south that kidnapped a local Royton lass and am now married to her! When we were dating, she tried to impress me by attending the Maine rd fa cup semi against Man utd and then coming to Wembley to watch the League cup final. However, thankfully our marriage hasn't nose dived unlike the Latics! Live in Surrey so don't get to see the team much. I was a member of Oasis (Oldham Athletic Supporters in the South), but this seems to have disbanded, do you know if this is the case?
I am afraid, I don't seem to have much of interest to you, although I do have a Ciao Italia menu autographed by Mr Joe Royal himself!

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH Roger Palmer!

Good luck with the collection

Holtie

Hi, great site, good luck in finding the ones you need.

as an Oldham expert perhaps you could help me with something. I believe there were two different covers produced for the Oldham v Everton FA Cup game played 10th March 1990. My copy has Earl Barrett on the front, is there another copy? Who is on the cover?

Hi Gary,
Welcome to the forum. That's a very impressive collection you have, and a great website. I love the 1985-87 shirt, and the 87/88 shirt looks like our current away one!

Hi MdL

Fantastic site. Really like the pics!

Can you tell me if either of these are particularly rare? I've struggled to find them! -

Oldham v Posh 64/65
Oldham v Posh 69/70 (featured in your 69/70 list)

Thanks

Andy

That's a great website and thank you because I've now got the date the game v Burnley was played to inaugurate the floodlights. Infuriatingly the programme itself makes no reference to the date the game was played on! I've scoured the net to no avail until now that is, cheers! You don't happen to know what the score & attendance was do you?

One of my favourite programme covers, very nice design ..

To Escafeld:

Sir your match details: D3-3 Oldham scorers Johnton, Liddel, Lister - sorry no Burnley scorers. "Official" attendance 14.750 - this was the second attendance given after Bob Lord objected to the first announced attendance of under 10,000. Actual attendance was said to be over 30,000.

This cover this season was the only one in green. Prefer the tangerine cover myself.

To Healing and andy1966 Sorry dont have any spares of the game right now but always got programmes coming in. Will let you know if i get some.

To Superajm - dont believe either are particularily rare and again I get these era programmes in often. Will let you know if I get any. Smile

Hi Museum de Latique, and welcome Wave this really is a top forum.

Just out of interest, would you happen to have a spare copy of the Oldham v Cambridge FA Cup programme played at Forest in the mid 70's?
