George Best 'Collection'

Hi,
Well, 'Collection' might be going a little too far but the 3 items I have listed below do represent different milestones in the career of George Best.
1 George Best's autograph.I was sent this autograph by an Irish pen pal I had in the early 1960s. The signature is in ink on a small piece of card which has a pin hole top centre. My pen pal told me " he lived next door to George ".
2Wales v Northern Ireland 15 April 1964 and George makes his international debut. The programme has been folded both vertically and horizontally and has team changes in the centre page.
3Northampton Town v Manchester United FAC 7 February 1970 and George demonstrates his legendary six appeal in Man U's 8-2 demolition of the Cobblers.The programme is in very good condition and comes with the Football League Review.
I would prefer to sell the 3 items as 1 lot and would be looking for offers between £25 and £30.
