Can anyone give me some info on this medal??

On it, it says:

"Challenge Europeen

Adidas France Football

1985

2e MANCHESTER UNITED"

Measures 7cm in diameter

This is from a Tournament where United had a Youth team playing.

At first thought I reckoned it may be the Blue Stars Tournament but United failed to reach the last 4 in 1984-5.
