The badges i can understand as there are probably not many around in decent condition but that teamsheet is just crazy . Too much money to burn is correct , in that it wouldn't take a lot of effort to obtain one if you really wanted it. But why the effort of writing to a club or finding out a fan who could obtain one , when you can just throw that amount of money around ?
