In conjunction with Terry Hall of Terry's Badges, a committed AFC Wimbledon supporter, and Jim Piddington, organiser of the We Are Wimbledon Fund, I am helping to organise the 3rd annual AFC WIMBLEDON PROGRAMME & MEMORABILIA FAIR at the Cherry Red Records Stadium, Kingsmeadow, Jack Goodchild Way, 422a Kingston Road, Kington-on-Thames, KT1 3PB, this Sunday (November 5), 10.30am-1.30pm).
This Fair has quickly established itself as the largest event of its kind in South London.
Up to 20 traders are expected to take stands, and there are still a couple of vacancies if any other dealers or collectors with surplus stock wish to attend. If you're interested, email me on [email protected].
The venue is easy to find. Leave the A3 at the New Maldon / Worcester Park turn-off onto the A 2043 towards Kingston. The stadium is approx 1 mile on the left. There is a large free car park capable of holding several hundred cars.
The nearest station is Norbiton, which is served by regular trains from Waterloo.
Bus No 131 runs between Wimbledon Station and Kingston Town Centr.
Be there if you can!

South West trains have announced that there will be no trains running in and around the Kingston area (which includes Norbiton) on Sunday. There are replacement bus services from Wimbledon station so please allow extra time if you were planning to come by train.

Two reminders:
It's just 2 days to go before the Fair on Sunday.
SW Trains are not running trains to Norbuton this Sunday. Travel instead to Wimbledon, where Replacement Buses will be available which will go straight past the Kingsmeadow.

On behalf of AFC Wimbledon, Jim Piddlington of the We Are Wimbledon Fun, and co-organiser Terry Hall of Terry's Badges, I should like to thank all the traders and collectors who attended the Fair at Kingsmeadow yesterday very much for supporting the event.
This was the third annual fair held at this venue and it seems to be well-established as the leading event of this nature in South London. The attendance of around 60 was slightly down on last year, but there were two major Premier League games in London yesterday.
Interesting that the collectors included two looking for Carlisle programmes and another looking for Newcastle ones.
No doubt we'll see some of the collectors unable to make it to Wimbledon at either the West London Fair at Emperors Gate on December 3 or the New Year Fair at the Royal National Hotel on January 7.
