It used to be a £150 programme back in the day, but whether or not it still realises that kind of figure I'm not really sure mate.
I would doubt it, most such instances have come down considerably the past few years.

It's still a desirable issue though, but my 'guestimate' now would be around £75-£100.

If Scott (UptheCounty) is on here, he'll probably be able to give you a more accurate current valuation.

Slugger (John) would know it's current value too I'd expect.

I have this Manchester City v Newport County from the same season.

I believe it holds the record for the latest ever league match which was played in June.

I didn't know that Hyde, wasn't there a "Big Freeze" that winter, similar to the infamous big freeze of 1962/3?

I have this ticket from that '46/7 season too, another league game versus Burnley which was played a week after they had played in the FA Cup Final.

I'd pay £125. Just missed out on one recently.

On a slightly similar tack I have Newport v Spurs from the aborted 39/40 season, it is one of my favorite items.

It's held its price pretty well then, must admit that's quite a bit more than I thought in the current climate.

We played Fulham that same day in our last league match of the season.

Sheffield United v Stoke City was played on 14 June 1947.

Liverpool had to wait for this match to take place before being crowned Champions. Stoke, if they had won, could've won the title.

Why not sell it to WYD11, he said he would pay 125 quid for it, would save you all that hassle of taking it to auction, .....just a thought.
