Storage of your shirt collection.

How do people store their collections of shirts?

Currently they are all hanging up in a wardrobe but this really isn't very practical as its got to the point where I can't fit my regular clothes in there!!

I would love to hang them up on the wall but I have far too many for that!

Any suggestions? Should I just fold them up in boxes? Should I putthem in some kind of protective bag (especially forthe old ones)?

I've got mine folded up in some large plastic storage containers and have also thought about getting them framed up but sadly the wife wouldn't be too happy about having them on the walls.
I've also thought about putting a few of the older and more expensive ones in some of those air tight bags to try and avoid moths etc
