Reading a programme earlier today in which the Montrose manager had said that the previous game (v Clyde 26 Sept 1981) Montrose had lost at home 0-3 and most unusually, all 3 goals were own goals!!

I was wondering can any team beat that! Sherlock

In March 1976 in the game between Leicester City and Aston Villa, Chris Nicholl of Aston Villa scored all 4 goals in a 2-2 draw.

Can anyone beat that !

Thanks Cowden fan, for reminding me No

I seem to recall a late 90's FA Cup tie : QPR 0-5 Arsenal, where I think the first 3 goals were OG's (I stand to be corrected). I remember one of the OG's was from Steve Morrow, who famously was the Arsenal player who Tony Adams lifted in the air after winning a trophy and then dropped him, breaking his arm.

During Wolves run to the UEFA Cup Final in 1971-72 Wolves defeated Dutch club ADO Den Haag at home winning 4-0 - three of those goals being own goals, Nozer's mate Derek Dougan getting the other.

Sunderland players scored all four goals in a 1-3 defeat v Charlton in 2002-03 season. Michael Proctor (twice) and Stephen Wright scoring the three own goals within a six minute spell midway through the first half.
