I've got the first one (actually for sale) and that is hardback.

I did a Derby County version, 1946-1996 and have since done an e-book for JMD Media on the history of the home programme (available on Amazon).

Apologies, as this thread is a few years old now.

Looking to get back into programme collecting, specifically Rangers and was wondering if the following book is still available and if so where can I purchase it from.
