Chelsea v glasgow rangers charity programme.

Hi, been going through my programmes and found a Chelsea v Glasgow Rangers programme. From May 16th 1985. For the Bradford city appeal fund. The programme is in very good/excellent condition with some slight creasing to the spine. How much would this be worth (I know someone I could sell it to for about £1), would it be worth anything more as can't seem to find it anywhere.

It is not a difficult programme to obtain. In my opinion it would be worth £2-£3 in mint condition.
