Hello. I have had a small bundle of material come in which includes a team sheet for the Austria v. Scotland friendly from April 1994.

Can anyone confirm please whether or not a standard/full programme was issued for this match ?

Thanks,
Lee

Check the link in my signature, I think the answer is no but I cant access my webpage from where I am.

Can you put up a scan of the teamsheet? I may be interested.

It would appear from your listings that nothing formal was issued for the match. There is a slight scuff to the top right corner, and a very slight tear along the top edge. Slight smudge for want of a better word to text along the bottom, and fold across the centre. Slight paper curl to bottom left

Hi, interesting item but i dont think this is an official team sheet.

According to my limited German this item appears to have been issued by the YES politicial parties ahead of a referendum in Austria about whether to stay in the EUropean Union.

(the vote was on 12 June 1994)

Thanks for the scans, that's a team sheet I already have which was handed out around the stadium apparently. Overlap is probably correct in that it is unofficial.

That said, its a nice collectable from the game in the absence of a programme. Oddly enough, the previous nights U21 game did see a programme issued!

Thanks for the feedback gents, much appreciated. Even with my long forgotten O-Level German, I got the inkling that there were political notes on the back !

I do have a gent I see at some of the Antiques & Collectors' Fairs I do who asks about unusual Scotland items, so I'll put it aside & give him first refusal on it.
