Thought it might be useful for teamsheet collectors to have a list of where to get teamsheets at the ground on matchday.

Let me know your info and I will add to the list below.

Always assume they will not be avalable until about 40 minutes before KO

EDITED - Oxford United

ACCRINTON STANLEY - club shop

AFC WIMBLEDON - Main collections window a possibility

BARNSLEY - Club shop - 50p

BLACKBURN ROVERS - no longer available from Jack Walker stand reception - you can only get them from there the day after the game. Couldnt find any on match day so sent a sae for a couple.

BLACKPOOL - main reception & Club Shop - free

BRADFORD CITY - 1911 suite reception - one sided colour copy - free.

BRISTOL ROVERS - nightmare - good luck

BURTON ALBION - Main reception free - strictly one only

BURY - Main reception - 10p

CAMBRIDGE UNITED - phone in advance - printed in office under away stand

CARLISLE UNITED - phone in advance

COLCHESTER UNITED - Club shop - 50p

COVENTRY CITY - good luck - a nightmare

CRAWLEY TOWN - Main reception or hospitality lounge entrance

ROCHDALE - main reception - free

SCUNTHORPE UNITED - ticket office after game

SHREWSBURY TOWN - Main reception - free - UPDATED - now say only for box holders and scouts - suggest email in advance.

SOUTHEND UNITED - sometimes in club shop - not when Oldham played there. Sent a folded sheet when contacted

STEVENAGE - phone in advance

SWINDON TOWN - Lady programme seller outside main reception

WALSALL - free main reception

My own advice is always contact the club the week before - I usually email the head of media or club secretary (dont bother with the genaral enquiries email) directly. I always offer to pay and offer tp leave a sea. Only failed with Coventry who couldnt even be arsed to reply.

Very useful information. Thumbs Up

There are 4 grounds on there that we have yet to visit this season so the info will come in very handy.

As a collector of team sheets for my club Portsmouth and have been doing so for a number of seasons, from Premier League to Division Four (old money), I have a lot of experience in this topic. We have a small band of collectors at Portsmouth and so I have to try and get 20 for each game. More often than not I have got one and had to photo copy it for the other collectors. Also bearing in mind I phone up the club in advance to try and reserve a colour copy.
Most teams seem to think that you are going to get them and put them on ebay.
So far this season Pompey have played 13 away games with the following results:-
Plymouth - Main reception will let you have maybe one but not the most helpful.
Crawley - Try main reception or hospitality lounges entrance.
Luton - (As Crawley).
Exeter - Very Helpful from Main Reception / Ticket Office.
Oxford - 50p each from ticket office collections window.
Bristol Rovers - No luck, got one from friend in Press area.
Cambridge - Very helpful if you phone in advance, printed in office under away stand.
Newport C - From main office or contact Duncan Jardine (He has a web site).
Notts County - phone in advance to request a copy.
Carlisle United - Not helpful but try hospitality lounge.
Wycombe W - B/W copies only from ticket office area.
Northampton - Will put some by for collection after game if phone in advance. B/W copies and not colour ones that you might be able to get from main reception and also "not for resale" written across front in pen.
Leyton Orient - from main reception
Ipswich in FA Cup on Saturday have in the past done so from main reception if phoned in advance.
Of the teams we still have to play I can only go by past experience.
Accrington - Sold in club shop
Barnet - Never played before at Hive.
Morecambe - Sold in club shop.
Yeovil - try main reception.
Stevenage - From main reception if ordered in advance.
Mansfield - sold in club shop.
AFC Wimbledon - Main collections window may let you have a copy.
Dagenham and Redbridge - Contact John in programme shop at ground.
York - main reception.
Hartlepool - main reception
A lot of the time it depends on who is on main reception at some clubs if you get one or not.
If you are coming to Fratton Park, come around to the ticket collections window in the car park behind the ticket office where I leave some for collectors or contact me in advance.
Chris Gibbs.

If anyone is coming to Sheffield United then email me.

I normally have a spare or two, as I have access to the executive suite, unless for some reason I'm not in attendance.

Just don't expect a handful.

If anyone needs them from Cardiff let me know, I'm in the lounge where they give them out each home game.

Given (I would assume) all these teamsheets are club produced Office based affairs, what's the collective view on my preferred method: dropping the club an email and getting them to send you an electronic copy, to print yourself? IMHO it's the same thing to print these at home?

I'm a RL man, so no experience of dealing with the uber professional world of the modern round ball game, so maybe my experience is different, but I've always found it relatively easy to get one. So far I've only bothered trying to get ones where a programme wasn't issued (usually pre-season friendlies) but I think I might extend it this season to all games. For any fellow egg chasers, I'll let you know how I get on (and any clubs that prove difficult: I'm expecting Wigan, Leeds and Saints to be arses Wink )

It's not easy getting one from Brentford FC, especially if an away supporter, it's difficult enough being a home supporter and asking for one!

They're usually in the main stand, sponsors lounge etc The programme shop has them too, if they're lucky to get some, and charge 50p. R you cold ask the Club directly.

Hi, Tottenham have on their results and fixtures part of their official website all the home away, youth etc teamsheets to download. This is the reason some bulk lots of Spurs team sheets from this season are listed on eBay.

I found Brentford really helpful last season - I sent an email to an individual at the club (can't remember the name but should still have the email) asking for the Leeds issue, they sent two of them to me post free immediately.

Are team sheets becomming popular? Could they potentially replace the modern day programme?

Followed your advice and rang the club today. The person I spoke to was very helpful and has kindly offered to put 2 team sheets in the post to me FOC.

I also rang peterborough today who said someone would ring me back, I am still waiting
