These signatures are 2 of 4 on the back of an Everton v West Ham programme 1957 - Have identified Eddie Lewis and Billy Dare but unsure of these

Andy Malcolm and Malcolm "Mal" Allison (maybe?)

Having studied the signatures I think the one on the right is Malcolm Allison.

The other one could be Andy Malcolm.
