Picture taken last Sunday of our new south stand.
Anyone else having new stands in recent years?
I'm interested in any pictures of new developments at other clubs?
Are there any decent pics of what is happening at Anfield? |

You're showing your age now!
The Kemlyn Rd stand eventually disappeared in the early 90's (thanks to 2 stubborn sisters) to be replaced by the Centenary stand in 1992. The sisters lived together in the last terraced house to be demolished on the old Kemlyn Rd and held up the building of the stand by a few years. As the years went on they used to receive numerous Christmas cards from Man Utd and Everton fans urging them to keep up the good work!!
Anyway, the above stand is the Main stand (where the TV cameras are situated) When it's finished the new capacity will be 54,000 rising to 59,000 when the Anfield rd end is renovated.
Maybe then we can start to compete again with the big boys..... |

Cardiff City Stadium added a new tier that opened in time for the 2014 UEFA Suoer Cup match last August.

We (Notts County) are improving the view for our fans we're turning the stands away from the pitch. |

I was in that stand for last season's game.
One can but speculate how I felt by the end of the match.... |

But the top tier is closed this season. Tan's plan is to do that on all four sides!!! The way things are going at our club, it probably will never open again (except for Wales internationals).
