Dealers still trading?

Over a month ago I contacted both J and J Programmes and the Portsmouth specialists House of Programmes, enquiring about programmes I wanted to order. I've had no response from either. Are they still dealing?

J and J was run by Laurance Flannigan who unfortunately passed away a few years ago.

Does any one know if Brentside Programmes (https://www.brentside.co.uk) are still trading? I was short-changed an order a few months ago, and have been unsuccessful in making contact with them. The whole purchase was untidy from start to finish. My emails are not being returned as undelivered, so I'm assuming they're either on a very loooooong holiday, or are giving me a wide ignore. Chris and Alison (Ally) are/were the traders. Not a huge amount of money - just the principle.

I got an email a couple of weeks ago saying their website had been updated so they are still trading.

And as luck would have it, since I posted this I've had a reply from them.

I had similar dealings with Brentside Programmes 2 months ago. Bought around 20 programmes, 1 had sold they had sold while my order had been processed???
Website went down and no confirmation of transaction. From this I tried numerous times asking if the transaction had been completed. I screen shot and emailed and left multiple answer phone messages with no reply.
Thinking my transaction had been void through no contact I had started to look for the same programmes. 2 months after the programmes arrive, 1 short saying has already been sold and I couldn't even remember what the total price was as the internet payment had failed. Only way i know price is hand written receipt and will now check with bank... but still have no whether the total was right or not. It wasn't a great amount but left go and gave benefit of the doubt.
Programmes came in a good condition, packaging wasn;t very good but safe to say will not be using them again because of the failure to communicate and lack of clarity.
