I can't believe I am starting this thread as for the last couple of seasons we have left the arrangement of friendlies until late on and then last time we cancelled most of them.

But this time we have already arranged 2 friendlies, both away to non-league opposition, which is probably the level we will be playing at in a few years.

11 July Lancaster City away
14 July Blyth Spartans away

At least Blyth Spartans is a new ground for me.

Please add your clubs matches as and when they are known.

Wouldn't mind seeing Blackpool playing a couple of friendlies in Holland but overseas tours seem to be off the agenda for now.

It is likely they will be going abroad for a training camp but without any actual fixtures.

Just as a heads up Matt, according to the link, (scroll down), Cardiff will be sending a team of some description to Guisborough Town on 25/7 as will Bolton on 6/7.

Well that's Blackpool's pre-season cocked up yet again with no manager in place to plan and prepare for next season.

The chaos at Bloomfield Road just goes on and on.

Again, not pre-season, but at the end of the current one:-

Julian Speroni Testimonial at Selhurst Park - Tuesday 26th May - 8pm - Crystal Palace v Dundee (his first and only other UK club) - plus rumours of some guest appearances by old team-mates.

Lots of Dundee fans coming down which is great news. Julian has now made 386 Palace appearances after signing in 2004 and is now just a handful of games short of John Jackson's keepers' appearance record.

A fantastic keeper and great servant of the club.
