Thanks Leslie, We only decided to "go for it" last Thursday, basically it took 10 hours from sourcing the venue , to going, makingsure the size was suitable, signing and finally getting the advertising poster sorted. So.. its only after the Derby Fair (last Sunday) that we've been able to sendout invites to stallholders and the response as been excellent so far.
Once we know the line-up of dealers, I'll post a room layout with a list of dealers attending on here, I think that visitors to the fair will be pleased with the choice they'll see on the day.

Probably not worth going, it will be full of non-collecting collectors, bedroom bandits & skint people. Worst of all, some Scots may turn up Shocked

I will try and make it depending on work, and not being SKINT and proud of it.

I am replying to the organiser who said 2 weeks ago

..... a few more to follow

so i asked him, i see your not attending so what are you getting involved for then?, concerned you will not get asked for next year by Dave and John by joining the "renagades"?

Mick, Ruth and Chris seem to be unconcerned

are you not going then-if you are then i am looking forward to seeing you, if you are not then you will not be able to tell eveyone that i bought some items from you for £3 as i have done once a year in Manchester Laughing

I got 2 Pre War cup finals out of my retirement tin and flogged them for £1250 so Im going on a cruise. It will be a collectors fair with that many dealers so im sure you will be first at the door..
I see that 1950s Chelsea v MU ticket went for £260 ? good price that I could have a week in Rhyl for that..

This is the list as it currently stands, a few regulars wont be there, Bazza roasting his nuts and John Dee deciding not to do Manchester last September, I'#m sure most will be impressed by some names you may not have previously recognised but really do have great range on offer "Proper Fair Stalls"

Would definitely have attended this fair ,certainly with the list of dealers making the effort, but we're off to lanzarote on the 28th for a well needed break, we do the Canaries every 2 years so next year I'll attend if there's one on
