No doubt Andy will reply to this - their Terms & Conditions state 16% with no VAT. So it seems the 19% on the invoice is wrong. I emailed Andy about it earlier (and after their September auction) and he agreed to my paying the slightly lower figure (ie 16%). So I suggest you do the same.

Is the additional 3% because it is through Salesroom.com ?

No, in my case it was a Commission bid.
