Anyone know if a hard copy of the Online Programme exists
looked everywhere and cannot find ... any help please

I'm 99% sure I have a copy of the 2013 finals in Italy which I presume you are asking about. I got it from an IFA official who attended. I attend the first 2 Rep of Ireland games in the 2011 finals in Portugal. The programmes were available but pretty tight. Mainly for VIPs and media but you got 1 if you asked. I managed to get a few by going to a stadium after the hosts played.

I don't recall ever seeing a copy on ebay.

Note I'm only saying 99% as I can't put my hands on it right now. I do recall getting it.

I imagine printruns are pretty small.
