Something for the Welsh boyos?????

I have two postcards, both eprtaining to the Glamorgan County Football Association, from the 1938-39 season.
The first one is to advise that a player has been selected to play for Glamorgan against Monmouthsire at Newport, on January 26th, 1939. It has a couple of minor creases.
Second one is to inform same player that the match ahs bene cancelled. The lord giveth..... Card is in good condition, and addressed to
Mr. A. Harris,
63, Hythbuan,
Llwyncelyn,
Porth.

I used to live in Porthcawl, until 1958, so I assume that this address must be near there?
