Hi Sharrow,

I have arranged a friendly fixture against Tufcprogs.

We will administer it ourselves (as you have already done so much this season) and we will mark each others prediction card as in golf.

I hope this meets your approval.

Confirmation of result :- tufcprogs 7-11 sellsell39

..... and I'm going warm weather training in Billericay.

The plan was to go to Dubai but Purley is flooded so we can't get to Gatwick Airport to catch the flight.

Crying or Very sad

There were Quarter final places up for grabs last weekend, and there was the usual mix of shocks, massacres and outrageous slices of fortune.

Coolascustard stunned Northern Conference leaders Kcs with a 7-6 victory. Asked whether victory was sweet Coolas replied 'Course it is, everyone hates L***s don't they'. Harsh....but true Laughing

Non League Bisphamseasider trounced Atletico 13-4, Bispham doubled up on the Toffees and from then on the result was never in doubt, Atletico conceding the week's highest score, now Atletico knows how Paul lambert feels with that dodgy defence.

Kent, better known for cricket will be represented in the quarters as gfcpaul stumped Kenners46. There was little to choose between them but despite a mondaynight three pointer for Kenners, gfcpaul had done enough to stump his opponent 11-9.

RVD has Watford to thank for his 13-8 win over Wrexham. It looked a bit grim until that six pointer swung the tie in their favour. So leeds get a representative in the Quarters. Booooooo!!!!!

Football's answer to Cliff Thorburn v Terry Griffiths was finally settled on monday night and gave the score a slightly flattering reflection upon Greatbarrwolf who won 7-3 thanks to Hull's late equalizer.

A tie that never reached the fervant heights it was expected to, In form gkb looked jaded and with a strikeforce as potent as Northampton Town tamely surrended to Burnley collector 9-3

A game of two halves between Shotsman and Pastpirate which ended in a 17 point fest. Pastpirate had the better of the first half whilst Shotsman came roaring back. Pastpirate proved to be a cut above tho as he correctly predicted the Blades to win and edged it 9-8

And finally, the tie of the round as the golden goal decided the match between Rockyboro and Jjprogrammes. Locked at full time on 9 points all, we had to go to extra time (the first on the list to get 3 points). That fell to Rockyboro who correctly predicted the Arsenal/Liverpool score. he duly paid credit to MOM Howard Webb.

The draw for the Quarter Finals is as follows:

gfcPaul (Gillingham) v Rockyboro (middlesbrough)

Ruudvandriver (Leeds United) v Pastpirate (Bristol Rovers)

Bisphamseasider (Blackpool) v Burnleycllector (Burnley)

Coolascustard (Derby County) v Greatbarrwolf (Wolves)
