It looks like a possible Norwich away kit - they probably had to change kits once or twice a season. But it may be a non-league team or even a rugby league kit about which I know nothing.

Are you sure its a football shirt? Long shirtlap and button cuffs look a bit strange to me, it's possibly a jockey's shirt but I'm no expert
