Go here www.filedropper.com and just click to upload to the site and then you will get a link you can share on here and with anyone else who wants to see your list.

Excel 2007
Excel 2003 & Previous

It's not complete for every season yet, just the ones that I'm actively collecting at the moment. The thin box next to each programme is marked either with a dot (.) or a comma (,) to note whether or not I have it.

PP - NP - means that the game was postponed and no programme was issued, spreadsheet will automatically not count these programmes even if you mark it with a dot!
PP - P - means that the game was postponed and a programme was issued.

Any more questions feel free to ask.

Hi Matt,

Although not my creation i have had a nose.

The full stop will not show as there is conditional formatting on that particular column. E.g. if a dot is in place the cell background goes green as well as the text within that cell. If a comma is in place then the text goes the same colour as the dark pinky/orange colour of the back ground.

Hope that helps.

Kenny

Yep, the full stops and commas are there, but are formatted to look like they're not. Makes it look a lot tidier Smile

Umm... Matt, How do you keep track of your collection?

I had a spreadsheet of all Citys games from 1950 (Homes) but i have a terrible feeling that ive lost it so need to start again as im not sure where i would have a back up.... Crying or Very sad

Obviously if you already have a list of the games we played etc that would be a great help to me.

Or Geddon, possibly Barrett, have i sent you my spreadsheet previously and i dont suppose you still have it do you?

Ive a list of all the wales programmes..the city ones, ive nothing - i photocopied the fixture list for every home programme back to 46 and just tick them off as I get them...I also check at the last programme to see if any games got changed etc..then go about finding if the game was just PP before kick off or if it was called off during the game.....

Its getting to the stage now where ive got so much i really need to do a list...not just programmes, my autographs, tickets, badges, pennants, teamsheets etc

Phew! I found my spreadsheet! Smile

I'm sure you could use it as a basis to add to Matt as you no doubt have much more infomation on the games to me.

Also the "Cardiff Homes" tab only includes League, League Cup, FA CUp and European games

I havent got a full list of Friendlies, Testimonials, Football Combination, FAW Premier Cup and Welsh Cup games but the programmes i have are listed in the Misc Cardiff Homes tab.

Spreadsheet
