The deadline date for any Cup entries is less than 30 hours away. Midnight December 30th. Come on and represent your club Smile .

I am new this season... so is it pure knockout.

I would assume we are running from the 4th round of the FA Cup, though we have more than 32 don't we.

Could i request confirmation of how it works

We have had 33 entries but given the fact that Lincolnredman hasn't subjected any scores for the past 9/10 weeks, it only seems fair to run with 32 teams from the 4th Rd onwards and exclude Lincolnred unless there is a big objection.

If Lincoln does wish to take part in the Cup, then we will have a one off match between two teams before the 4th Rd.

Therefore, there is no fixtures this weekend for anyone.

However, we will be using the draw numbers in the real draw on sunday afternoon. Therefore as it stands tufcprogs will now be No 12.

Regards Sharrowblade.

Great stuff sharrowblade, many thanks for the confirmation.

I believe I may have mentioned before. I have run a PL from 2007-10 and a PLC from 2007 and it is still running. I appreciate the hard work put into and having to take time to calculate and type all scores, so many thanks. Really pleased you are using the actuall draw numbers.

A word of thanks to bisphamseasider who allowed me to take the spare place in the league meaning he was only in the Cup this season. I said at the time, a kind gesture but would love to meet in the Cup!!!!

Now, bring it on!!!!!

No thanks.

After the rush of Christmas games it was vital that I rested the whole squad today and the goalkeeper, even though the next match is 7 days away ! Laughing Laughing Laughing

Cheers for the word of thanks tufc. Thumbs Up

I have not checked the draw yet but would love to meet in the Cup.

We still owe you one for knocking us out in 2009. And of course there is the small matter of the 1991 Play Off final. Laughing

I don't think we start until the next FA Cup draw.

Ah mate, the 1991 play off Final at Wembley. What a night (for us lol), the first ever penalty shoot out at Wembley. Gareth Howells our goalkeeper scoring a penalty in the shoot out. Then facing Dave Bamber, in sudden death who looked so nervous, it was odds on he would miss.

I had a seat next to the steps and was one of my proudest days following the Gulls.

I think you went up the next season didn't you?

Blackpool v Torquay rematch in the cup?!?

We start in the 4th Rd (last 32 to correspond with 32 entries).

The actual draw was made Sunday afternoon.

Our draw is based on the actual numbers drawn so you can work out who you are paired against.

I can imagine that was one of your best days following the Gulls.

It was probably one of our worst, we just knew Bamber was going to miss.

Yes, we did go up the following season but had to go through another Wembley penalty shoot out. Not good for the blood pressure.

Yeah I realised my mistake earlier tiday that of course the 4th Round is 32 places.

I have 3 best moments, that one, away at Southend last day of the season and winning and getting auto promotion spot in around 2004 and the Conference play off final win 2-0 against Cambridge to get back into the league in 2008.

Yeah my PLC I run uses the actulla draw numbers too.

Of course Bamber's calamity led to the infamous TQ fanzine "Bamber's Right Foot" Easy
