Bid online yesterday for many items and didn't win a thing.

With many lots, I didn't even start bidding.

But bid just now on #1022, the large box of 60's and 70's United programmes and won it without hardly a fight!

You just never know what to expect.

Anyway, if there was one lot of all the ones I wanted that I'd have taken over all the rest, it was this one, so I'm delighted.

Some pretty tasty prices being paid for 1950's Lancashire Cup games etc

Hi all,

Prices realised list will be available tomorrow via the FSA website hopefully.

A record sale for us this time by far, over the two days we had over 300 people registered on Saleroom.com, over 80 room bidders over the two days and some 100+ telephone and commission bidders direct to ourselves.

The new regular venue seemed to be a great success and with the mixture of clients we had over the two days made it a great friendly atmosphere.

Well done to our auctioneer Will Andrews as well !!

All invoicing should be done and posted by Saturday at the very latest. Remember our office is closed until Saturday Lunchtime but open all weekend.

Andy & the team.

Well done Andy on another successful auction.

Listening to the auction I do not know how Will maintained such a pace; I thought he was going to spontaneously combust!!

Hi Andy, thanks. I emailed a few times querying about a particular lot and didn't get a reply on any occasion. Hence, I didn't bid on it. I was rather disappointed by this as it was an attractive lot, but I couldn't take a blind risk.

Regards

Well done, Andy.

Will did an amazing job.

Sounds as if he knows every lot as he goes through them.

Hope to drive over next Wednesday to pay you / collect my lot (#1022).

Mark

For all those interested parties in the great Treble99-Manchesterunitedman1 debate[yawn yawn!] as to who has the biggest willy-
and the biggest collection[not that size matters just the variation] and all those sniggering in the back ground hoping that the two will clash at some point on this forum for some sport, all i can say is that it did happen yesterday in Luton and everyone around was totally shocked to see this spectacle as for sure as fists were raised!Shocked Shocked

more to follow........................

In the Blue corner to the left wearing the light coloured top

Claiming to be the reincarnation of Muhamed Ali[i am the greatest!] the one, the only the Bury Basher Treble 99

In the Red corner[of course] to the right wearing the cheque shirt and claiming where there is one there is always 2 and its only bits of old paper, from Cheetham Hill the dark destroyer of flickr Manchesterunitedman1
