What is your clubs easiest so called rare programme?
For my club I nominate
Bristol Rovers v Derby County 53/54
It seems to appear on most dealers lists and there is almost always a copy on e-bay. Two at the moment!
I saw a copy at the Leeds Fair last month going for £12.

Forgot to mention, I paid about 40p for my copy but it was a few years ago.

56/57 Bolton v Liverpool friendly.
I have seen it on dealers offers lists but in reality £5 will buy a very good condition one.

Burnley v Orient - 1986/1987.

This game was a 'must-win' for Burnley to stay in the League. Burnley did win, and the game now goes down in Burnley folklore.

Whenever it appears on ebay, it goes for a few quid each time. Sellers try to claim it is 'rare', but I feel it sells well because of the sentimental value more than anything else.

The reality is that probably more programmes were produced for that one game than the rest of the season put together!

1961/62 Oldham v. Burnley (Floodlight opening)
1961/62 Sheffield United v. Burnley (FA Cup)
1961/62 Burnley Reserves v. Derby Reserves

These 3 appear on eBay & lists with monotonous regularity and every Burnley collection I buy has them in! Must be something about that season!

The 1947 Cup Final against Charlton still goes for over £100 despite it appearing on average once a month somewhere.

Five copies of this programme on e-bay today.

I have no idea why it is so common. It was the second home game of our first season in Division Two. It was a regular league game. Nothing special that I know about...

Villa v Sunderland - Boxing Day 1956.
For such an old programme it's always on eBay, mind you the match was Postponed.

Birmingham V West Brom - 1968 F.A Cup Semi-Final at Villa Park - Read somewhere that 50,000 copies were sold on the day !

The "rare" 1988 charity shield, Liverpool vs Wimbledon, seems to be about £40 on most dealer's lists, but regularly goes for around a fiver on e-bay.

He does state above that its worth around a fiver but dealers seem to price it at around £40.
