Alright, I admit it I usually park in the oppositions club's car park but hey I think £7 is taking the p**s.

Anyone knew a decent place to park, given the number who are making the trip from Sheffield I'm thinking about going a little bit further down to J13 and coming up as it were on the southern side of the ground.

Any advice will be gladly taken

Regards Sharrowblade

We parked in the asda car park when we went although the signs say dont! We took a chance as they had actually closed some of the car parking off around the ground due to doing more development work in the surrounds (and we were late!!). Seems like a few of the home fans did the same too but I guess it is your lookout if you get a ticket!! we didnt, but you may not be so lucky and we did go into asda to get some food for coming home just to make us feel less guilty about parking!! Very Happy

I live nearby, and if they catch you parking in Asda, they'll hammer you. If you park in Bletchley it's walking distance. There is a retail park nearby, which has a Sportsdirect/argos/next/boots etc. If you park in there it's unlimited and free, and about a 10 minute walk to the franchise fc ground from there.

We are all meeting up in Fenney Stratford where there are 7 pubs and its about a mile or so from the ground and seems to be plenty of parking, we should be in the Red Lion which looks pretty good from 12ish, if you end up around there it would be good to catch up.

You're drinking in Bletchley? Wow, you're brave. One to def miss is Pink Punters in Fenney

Dont tell me that !! it looked alright although some of the ratings in the beer guide were quite low which is why we went for the Red Lion.

Is it ok generally in Fenney Stratford or have we picked a bad area ?

You should be fine, I was pulling ya leg. With the support you lot should bring, they'll be more of you than the plastics, so you'll be absolutely fine. When QPR played here in the cup, I didn't see anything but blue n white hoops. I would suggest parking in the retail park however if you can.

I live in Buckingham, & can't bear the team you're visiting. 5,500? You'll scare them. The traffic down there is horrific on match day, be warned anyone else.
