He isn't there,look at the 5th on the middle row,this was 40 years ago and he's a Scottish manager now.

I think I see Eric Carruthers there - transferred to Derby with a reasonably big reputation and played all of one game or so before getting homesick!

Eck - quick heads up for you - if you go to the October 1963 issue of Charlie Buchan's Football Monthly, you'll find a very nice. long article on the history of Rangers. Photos 'n' all. I think.

I recognise a few faces in the photo apart from the ones already mentioned
top row John Gallagher and Jimmy Cant ( i think), middle keeper must be Kenny Garland. Also Roy Kay
Middle Row 2nd left is defo Ralph callaghan, a big Hibs fan !

as a youngster in one of my first games at Tynie.
I witnessed Ralph taking a penalty at the school end (before he went to the darkside).

He cleared the bar.
the terracing and the bloody school.
