Getting back to the subject matter after all the silly jokes , what was the final selling price ? Unless it involves my team , I don't normally check prices ........ as a rule

for the final RULING on this matter the selling prices was actually £255 according to ebay.
As the auction was not a private one then the identity of the winning bidder will be available in due course for all those interested.
However, after checking my records it appears that another copy of this scarce ticket did appear in May 2013 at Football Sports Auctions in Luton and sold for £394 including the hammer, so the ebay buyer has obtained a decent deal for such a rare item that hardly ever turns up as it was pay at the gate and there was only a few hundred unreserved seats as the main stand was not fully re-built and an early 7pm kick off as United had no floodlights and the crowd was very low around 11,000 or so.

some thing a foot? maybe it was a metric measurement around 30cm perhaps.
There is no clear ruling on this as "a foot" it is to some with 12" or a Rule of thumb 30cm length to others.

I thought it was all played out 4 postings ago, hopefully now we can say there is a Ruling on the post once and for all and that is the end of that[measurement!]
Crying or Very sad Laughing

can we return to the rusty staples, steamed off stamps, second hand envelopes and similar exciting habits that some others have.

Not been much United bashing this week so far, so whose turn is it?
