Rare Kent Police World Cup Squad 1996 Cards

I have a very rare full set of the 1986 England World Cup Squad issued by Kent Police. They could only be collected by approaching police officers and asking for the cards - so obviously there aren't many full sets! They are in a Kent Police pocket sized carrying wallet with individual plastic wallets for the cards.

Does anyone have any idea what the value of these might be, and who I might be able to sell them to?

Sportingold had for sale in August 2007;

"TRADE/ CIGARETTE CARDS Set of 24 cards issued by Kent Police featuring England players in the 1982 World Cup squad plus 40 sundry cards issued 1920s onwards. Good"

Estimate was £20-30 .... but sadly they only sold for a tenner
