That is what we are trying to achieve at www.thefootballarchives.com

Document all known games for all clubs, and then offer the 'I was there' and 'have a programme' function.

I do know of plenty of sites that cover just one club, but we are trying to bring all this information together into one place

Currently the site has around 23.5k 'ticks' registered from 94 diferent users

Grantham it looks a great site but because you don't offer accounts to anyone with either hotmail or gmail unforunately I can't sign up.

I've enabled both types of account, thanks for reminding me, as I have made a change to deal with spam sign-ups, but not enabled them to use gmail and hotmail again Smile

I will remove the warning shortly, but you should be able to create an account now.

Manchester United fans need only visit 'Website of Dreams' to find attractive printable 'season by season' competition-colour coded sheets going as far back as 1886 with all scores included

I simply use a pencil tick along the line next to the score to indicate wether I have that programme or not
(or several ticks if I have copies ! )

Friendlies, Reserves or Youth games however are not listed so you`d have to use your imagination for this . Personally, I`m very happy with my system . Each sheet is in a plastic wallet in a 'my collection' folder (as you would store programmes)

I know us United fans have been spoilt over the years but I'm not too sure why other clubs fans haven't put together similar websites....or maybe they have? would love to know if only to have a look at their records Sherlock

Excellent system. Clap

If you have a spare few weeks.

Give the excellent London Hearts website a visit.

Stats from nearly every game Hearts have ever played

Hearts v Man Utd

All clubs have played

I'm sure this would work for many but not me. I don`t work with spread sheets proffesionally so have limited understanding of them.

Please understand I am a simple nuts and bolts person when it comes to computers and must reiterate what personally works for me is simply ready made colour coded seasons which opponents and the score.

I did have a look at the Hearts stats but after 5 mins could not find the tools I was looking for ie numbered season in an easy on the eye attractive format with a record of who they played and what was the score....my wall plugs, counter-sinks, nuts & bolts system which is not kept online but in a folder which can be perused in an instant, corrected with a pencil and doesn`t give you an epilectic spread sheet induced migraine !

Perhaps it is there but it wasn`t jumping out at me. I 100% understand why spread sheets makes sense, but......

Please just check out my link, hopefully click a season and see what works for me.
