I use Microsoft word, and blank word processor, might be a bit dated but works for me, any body got an easier or better way of keeping tabs on what they've got

I use Excel spreadsheets.

Functions such as filter, sort, pivot table etc are very handy.

Simply - drafts on google mail. You have to be careful though,if you delete by accident, there is no way to recover unless you undo, right away.

Yup, Excel, with a second copy stored on a memory stick and stored elsewhere for insurance claim purposes.

I never considered doing that.
Will do so right this minute, though.
Thanks for the tip.

Not as good a memory as that but when i'm looking through lists or on ebay,I can usually tell by seeing the programme cover or a date whether I have the programme or not.

Hi

Simply goto the Leeds United homepage:

http://www.thefootballarchives.com/network/club.php?ID=245&TID=245
(You have to be logged in to view it)

Then click on matches, you will see a grey ball and match programme on the right handside, simply click on this and it will turn green, indicating you went and/or have the programme.

You can also do it on a match by match basis, simply by viewing a match result:

http://www.thefootballarchives.com/network/match.php?MID=397376

If the fixture isn't included in the DB, simply send me details of teams, date and score and I'll get it added ASAP

Haven't added much beyond the Scottish top flight as yet. When I have some free time, Rangers (along with the other lower division clubs Smile) will be brought upto date

I checked it out,it is a decent site and a good idea, but if you want to contribute it can be time consuming, having said that, you can do it at your leisure.

I use microsoft access for keeping a track of my programmes, very easy to set up for what I wanted to display and the filters on there make it easy to find out if I've got/require a programme. Also got it backed up on a memory stick and 2nd computer just in case, would take a while to input over 30,000 programmes again!!

Manchester United fans need only visit 'Website of Dreams' to find attractive printable 'season by season' competition-colour coded sheets going as far back as 1886 with all scores included

I simply use a pencil tick along the line next to the score to indicate wether I have that programme or not
(or several ticks if I have copies ! )

Friendlies, Reserves or Youth games however are not listed so you`d have to use your imagination for this . Personally, I`m very happy with my system . Each sheet is in a plastic wallet in a 'my collection' folder (as you would store programmes)

I know us United fans have been spoilt over the years but I'm not too sure why other clubs fans haven't put together similar websites....or maybe they have? would love to know if only to have a look at their records Sherlock
