Think its time to congratulate wales on winning most things this year.
Swansea did really well winning their first major trophy in their centenary year. congrats to Cardiff for winning the championship, maybe they should have played in lucky red years ago. Well done Newport in getting back into the football league with their play off win. Condolences to Wrexham at their play off loss, but the FA Trophy win at Wembley is a small consolation.
Then not to forget Mr Bale who seems to have won everything from player of the year to spectacle wearer of the year even though he doesnt wear them.
Anyway congratulations to all of them

With the money we spent this season we could of played in purple and pink spots and still won the league.

I for one am going to be very interested in Tans vision of red when we get stuffed in some of the matches next season

He says its so lucky we will be in the champions league in five years, personally I think hes talking out of his @rse

i suspect that your luck will be directly proportional to the amount of transfer funds............just don't employ another welshman mark hughes as he will bankrupt you and you will still go down.

Anyway good luck in premiership next year. Must be a long time since 2 welsh clubs in top flight

Well he's said £25 million + to be spent on players - I think with the current squad and a few good players should be enough to keep us up.

Malkys work ethics tends to get the best out of the players...certainly wont be changing managers anytime soon unless we received a stupid offer from a huge club.

Probably has been....im hoping for 1 team left after next season Smile Ayatollah

I stand to be corrected but I don't think there have ever been 2 Welsh clubs in the top flight at the same time.

although I don't know him personally and may stand to be corrected but i do feel pleased for bellamy. On the face of it he went to play with his heart rather than purse strings. He joined a club that means something to him even though he could easily have played in the premiership over the last couple of years instead of championship or even just sat on the bench somewhere earning twice as much.

Fair dues to bellers - there was a champions dinner at the city ground last night, they auctions Craig Conways shirt from the goal that confirmed us as champions.....Bellers paid 4 figures for it then gave it to a disabled city player who had goal of the season in the disabled league.

There are many who hate his chops but you cant fault his generosity - espcially with his african charity he runs with no support.

Nice research Derby although it probably doesn't count as this was still officially a war time season with 2 main regionalised leagues (and 4 regionalised Division 3s) before the proper league structure recommenced in 1946/7.

It is probably the nearest we will get though.
