Couple of nice european Wolves aways, ADO Den Haag UEFA Cup 20/10/71 and ASK Vorwarts European Cup 30/9/59. Think theres only 2 I need now for all home and aways from 57/58 to today. Got them at a reasonable price, change from £100 so well happy with that to.

Finally picked up Cambridge City v Havant & Waterlooville 2005/06 from e-bay for 50p so I now have every league programme for the Hawks (home & away) just two hampshire senior cup matches to go to complete all their competitive matches

Managed to pick up two reserve programmes from the 1990's that I'd been looking at for a while, for a reasonable (but not brilliant) price too. Both in mint condition which I'm very happy with

Recently got both 47/48 middlesbrough v arsenal and 47/48 blackburn v arsenal. Two of the rarest arsenal aways from that season. Completes that season for me. Been a long wait but got there.

Obtained 7 more Sheffield Eagles programmes today, I now need just 16 league and cup homes and aways to have the complete set from their inception in 1984.

Added ten or so rare early 90's Boro programmes to my collection together, for free, courtesy of a very friendly Boro fan

Another completed season of 1950s home reserves.

Since im uploading the rarer items - i also picked up Cardiff v Lovells WC in 1960 - been a pain in the arse to get but finally in the collection



I also picked up a nice rare away Australia tour programme, again thought to be a no programme issue.

After 37 years of searching...





It's strange how a handful of post 1970 Maidenhead away issues never ever seem to surface anywhere, this always being one of them. When doing my usual trawl of dealers sites this one flagged up on Dick Rattray's latest catalogue (which had already been out a week!) and it was with great relief that Dick was able to confirm it's availability when I rang, and finding that a piece missing from one of the pages was of no relevance whatsoever.

On a tangent, I recently acquired some old club receipt ledgers dating back to 1932. The Club Treasurer had kept meticulous records of the amount raised from programmes sales at each home game which enabled me to work out exactly how many copies were sold. These records were diligently kept until the mid 1950's. I now know why it has been so painstakingly difficult to find those elusive "wants" with programme sales at home matches regularly in the low hundreds, but I won't give up looking!

Got my hands on Orient V Chester 60/61 in the league cup plus the replay.

Chuffed.
