Does anyone have this programme ?

I have it but I'm told the cover is missing, the page numbers seems to indicate all the pages are there but the cover is white not coloured as other around that time. So if anyone can do a scan of the cover and if not too much trouble the inside page.

Or just tell me what on them please.

Interesting, it doesn't have the date but the seller is a good friend so I'll contact him for it and perhaps the solution to me problem.

It's vastly over priced at that amount. Wouldn't expect to may more than £150 top whack, if in very good condition.
