For the Owls it would have to be;

Patrick Blondeau/Gilles De Bilde/ A big streak of swedish piss who jumped ship to Bari in Italy when the going got tough, but who'se name eludes me at present.

Honorary mention for Wim Jonk!

Patrick Blondeau! Was dire at Watford too!
Add to that Pierre Issa, and the woeful Ramon Vega, and that is why Vialli nearly bankrupted us.

Oh yes and Nikola Jerkan. Never really got a chance but I suspect the reason for that was that he was rubbish

For Leicester
Arnar Gunnlaugsson always flattered to deceive

But the worst of the lot was Zeljko Kalac although he never appeared for us in the Premiership. And what happened to him he went to A C Milan Shocked

Everton: Peter Degn is a serious candidate - never started a league game.

Li Weifeng - came with Li Tie and played 1 league game.

Juliano Rodrigo - injured nearly all season (from Brazil) - 4 sub appearances.

Andy Van Der Meyde - remember him these last 4 years? He spent more time IN the pub...so he's a shoe-in.

Per Kroldrup - one start (we lost 4-0 at Villa) - returned to Italy quickly.

Anderson da Silva - played 5mins in friendly at Bournemouth, came on in pre-season friendly for 20 minutes v Werder Bremen (and scored!). Disappeared to Barnsley without a trace.

others come to mind but weren't seriously bad!!

That's the collective madness of the Premiership. Forget everything you were ever taught about nurturing young talent; scouting systems around the UK that unearth "nuggets" in the lower leagues / non league. Go out and splash a few million here and there because Uncle Rupert's bunged you yet more millions - it's pathetic. Every team in the premiership that subscribes to this mass hysteria deserve exactly what they get. As yet, they're seemingly immune from the financial constraints of mere mortals, but the gravy train will end.
Real Madrid are obviously going to be the team most folk worldwide want to see on their Rupertdish, along with Barcelona. Once the general level of football finance rises in Spain, along with the undoubted skills of their national team, does anybody really think that Uncle Rupert might not go, lock, stock and barrel with his enterprise over to Spain? Would love to see the Premiership implode, and the big clubs go tits up - they deserve it. Only then will the fans have any chance to reclaim their game, not Rupert's.

In our three years in the prem, there were a few dodgy foreign johnnies but non so infuriating as luton shelton...

faster than a speeding bullet, is it a bird , is it a plane, no just a heap of shite.

ball control slightly worse than a sloshed Stephen Hawking

Had one good game at old trafford where he was hung drawn & quartered by the argie back, Cue Old trafford rules "play on"

He were crap

Having reviewed the title again.. I suspect the OP didn't want to know about super-unfit footballers (such as Danny Williamson) - more likely not-so-super buys but in any event with reference to Foreign Players then Shandy Van der Meyde wins this hands down...

TITLE:
"ForeignPremiership players not fit enough to play pub league"

I mean as he didn't appear at all of 07-08, barely at all in 08-09 (unless we count sitting on the bench) and only play the full 90m of a league game once in 4 seasons then you really do qualify for the "not fit enough" category!

He never managed a goal for Everton either.
