I would think there will be programmes for the football comp, but not sure. I'm going to the bronze medal match at the Millenium Stadium on 10th Aug, so if you want I'll get you a programme if there are any.

In FourFourTwo magazine, there is an advert for an olympic 'brochure' type programme - £10, but this is more like a glossy magazine covering all sports.

On the leaflet which came with my football tickets it mentioned that you could pick up either 'daily or souvenir' programmes.

So don't be at all suprised if there's specific football programmes - they'd be fools not to do them

Yea I was wondering about these, and whether collectors would be bothered. I'd have thought they'd be pretty collectable seen as though GB hasn't had an Olympic footy team for decades. Also the first time the Women's team have ever had a team.
I will be going to Brazil - Eygpt, GB Uruguay and Bronze medal game if anyone wants a programme.
Also going to try to get to Womens GB - New Zealand if I can get half day off work and its pay at gate.

The official Olympics programme can be bought at British Bookshops/Sussex Stationers for £10.

Very nice it is too, although not particularly a football programme.

As BB is owned by WH Smith, it wouldn't suprise me if they sell it too.

There are specific football programmes being done too - the first one -

68 pages, covers BOTH the first GB womens game (v NZ) plus the other game also played at Cardiff yesterday (Brazil v Cameroon women) PLUS todays GB game (GB V Senegal @ Old Trafford) plus the other game @ OT (UAE v Uruguay)

I guess it keeps the people happy who are only interested in GB, and also collect programmes!

I went to the Sweden v South Africa Womens match at Coventry and the programmes they were selling were.
Official Programme London 2012 Olympic Games (all sports covered) @ £10
&
Official Programme Football @ £5 (This Programme covers both Mens & Womens Tournament)

Looks like they will be producing a Programme for each Sport.
I've got tickets for the Handball on Sunday too.

So it looks like there's a tournament programme, and one for each of the GB games. Cool

If anyone has Sky then there are 24 BBC Olympics channels on 474-497, if you weren't already aware and want to watch, well, basically any sport from the Olympics.

On my mobile now so dunno if that link will work. It's the same one I'm selling. 25 quid!! And without the ticket. Crazy. Should have picked up a few more! Didn't realise they would be so sought after. But then again they were very historic games in the history of British footy!!

general football an dgeneral olympic programme only at Coventry yesterday.

black and white teamsheets for both games yesterday.

Absolute nightmare to get hold of them. Keith Curle and other LMA people and scouts were looking for them and arguing with the jobsworth who had loads but strictly media only.

Head guy in Ricoh Arena was complaining but they wouldn't give him one either. He used his badge to access the media area and printed them off for everyone.

Spent the hour between the games hanging around the media centre and eventually got the 2nd one.

Half an hour after the first game they jobsworth was still holding 50 extra teamsheets and wouldn't give me one in case media people wanted them.

I'm having real problems with my ebay item. Its not showing up in any search results in ebay. It works directly from the link, where I think the bids must have come from, but isn't showing up when I search Key words in the title. Even if I copy and paste the title. Very odd.

I'm missing out on bidders I think! Some going over £35 - £40 now!
