Making your own set of badges?

Hi everyone, am after a spot of advice

I am looking at getting some prices on what it would cost to produce 50-100 enamel badges for the rugby team I support - if anybody could link me to any websites etc I would be very grateful.

I am not having ago at Black dargon, great guy. But as some big problems one been the back that he uses, breaks so easy. Found out when I did my first ever set of badges. Two: Can be very expenive.

In the past I have used SMT badges. Not cheap but good company.

They charge about £70 set up and then 65p per unit. Min order 250 which can cause problems, but if you can shift them at £2.50 - £3.00 you can quickly make a decent profit.

There is a guy on ebay who is cheaper than any quotes i have seen and its only £30 set up fee and badges from as little as 47p each

Used him a couple of time and found him very competitively priced. Can't comment on all styles of back though and their quality, they were always butterfly clasp type on mine and are fine.

I've used Black Dragon twice for two non-league clubs I'm involved in, he gives the first 20 FREE and the re order costs seem to be the normal.

The quality of the badge is also very high.

There is also a guy who i used on ebay - trickyspins09 who does this sort of thing. Normally does the resin types but i know he supplies enamel badges at very good prices. Worth looking him up, good quality and not bad prices.

Mick ....... most lowest runs are 100 qty but you can get 2 colorways, but Forest and Rangers crests ........ they would be many copywright issues with those crests
