Originals come up from time to time at various Sporting Memorabilia auctions, but pre - 1920's will cost over £1,000 each. However, duplicates (or photocopies) are available for some years from various people.
Just google "FA Cup Final Programme (year)" and there you are!

Real quality reprints are almost as rare as the real things with them lot. Most of what you see on e bay I wouldn't wipe my arse on, they are just poor photocopy rubbish.

Agreed, but beggars can't be choosers!
Let's face it, these programmes are old anyway, and even a "good" photocopy is not going to make it look better.
There are some reproductions which (in my opinion) are pretty good, but nothing really like "the real thing".
So if you want the best - you pay for it and get an original, or settle for the best reprint/reproduction you can get.
As a collector for many years I know there are fakes out there, purporting to be originals, so take care buying anything that appears too good to be true - the odds are it's going to be a fake.
Examples I have seen recently are Argentina v England 1977 and Finland v Scotland 1965. Also the 1966 World Cup Final has been reproduced about four times.
