sorry for lateness of reply fella to this question i only just seen it.any football programme shops open on non match days in liverpool ? i can think of 2.theres only thats in the old twigginss called barrys memorabilia shop.i know barry well and he can get hold of a fair bit of stuff.does a nice range in old everton liverpool programmes but also like old shirts and scarfs and stuff.the other one used to be in the old market downstairs where the old original twiggins stores went to.there used to be a second hand shop there with an old bloke in it who ran it he sold a fair few programmes.mostly liverpool everton but some man utd and city he was good, but alas i went back there in late december last year and hi shop was closed and empty.so in reply to your question it looks like yes theres one definatly open on matchdays in liverpool.
