Help please with attending Leeds fair

I will be heading to Hull for the Bristol City match on saturday 18 december.

No point in coming back to Bristol so I will be staying in Leeds on saturday night

I work on the trains so no problems with transport,
but can any one advise on cheapish B and B's in the Leeds area.

As long as the B and B has a telly,not too fussy.

If there are any "mature" night clubs in the Leeds area that just
might play 60's 70's or 80's music that would be a bonus.
