i know that each group had a 4 team brochure

question is there were 6 matches per group does anybody know whether a program or teamsheet was ever produced for any of the 24 games played across the 4 groups

appreciate any help given

West Ham's three games in Group B - nothing else issued (H v Orient and Luton Town, A v Southampton)

However in a separate thread flashhat has this on his wants list

1974/75 Orient v Luton Texaco Cup 10th August 1974 single sheet

so it may be worth contacting him if he doesn't spot this thread

Orient only played one home game in the Texaco Cup that season

A programme was issued for the game between Peterborough United v West Brom, played on the 10th August 1974.
That's the only group game issue I've ever seen.

Orient issued a single sheet upon entry, I have a photocopy but not an original

Not for the group games but this had a special memory for me.

Southampton were excellent that night and as a ten year old attending one of my first few games, I gave up on it after an hour or so. Got myself one of those long boards they used to sell rolls from and spent the rest of the game sliding down a grassy section on the terraces on it.

A couple of long-standing Norwich City collectors have steadily been downsizing their collections by selling off some very seldom-seen items in recent years on eBay. One had a single sheet for the Birmingham v Norwich Group A game on August 10 a while back. I can't find any trace of it now, so I couldn't say whether it was just for officials and press, but I do remember it sold for getting on for £100.
