Saturday 31st January 1970

Division I

Newcastle United 0 Crystal Palace 0

Gate: 35,440

Nothing much to say about this one, except it was a vital point won by Palace. So have a look at what was on offer in the NUFC Magpie Shop, in old money of course.

31st January, 1959

Sheff Weds 1 (Moore og) Derby 1 (Darwin)

att: 31.199

The Owls were league leaders going into this one but Derby, having won 4 out of their last 5, were in good form and it took a very late deflected free kick to earn the leaders a point.

31st January, 1953

Derby reserves 3 (G.Hazledine 3), Blackpool reserves 1 (Hepton)

The defeat kept Blackpool three points behind leaders Preston and moved Derby up to 16th in the table.
