No further additions today, so we now stand at 32 donors, total £375. I wrote to ATFC and Colin Chisholm, commercial manager, has replied as follows:-

As Henry Dumigan has already said this is a truly remarkable contribution from the FPC and is very much appreciated.

Due to the Covid situation clubs in the West of Scotland Football League(WOSFL) were given the option to
withdraw from the League this season without any penalty being incurred. After due consideration the
Club decided to take up this option as we felt it was in the best interests of our Players and Management
Staff from a health point of view especially as we would have been unable to access dressing rooms and
showers which we felt was not appropriate especially at this time of year.

As a result the John Holroyd Memorial Trophy would not be presented until the end of season
2021/2022. We would however purchase the trophy and have it engraved as soon as your members'
donation is received. We also officially launched our Subscribers Board yesterday and when received will
be arranging to have the first batch of names entered.

As you will note both of the above will be arranged within the next couple of months. Should your donation
I exceed the total cost of the above items I would look to see how we could incorporate any remains balance
with your agreement.

Once again many thanks to you and your fellow members for their generosity which is greatly appreciated by
everyone at the Club and I look forward to hearing further from you in due course

So I now propose to send them the £375 in full, and then ask you to send me your pledges either via Paypal (Friends & Family please) or via a Bank Transfer. If the latter please send me a PM on this board. When making your payment, please mention your FPC monicker as quite often I do not know your names.

Also please send me an email if you would like a copy of my Excel speadsheet for your records. This shows each pledge, the date you offered, etc.

I will also say thank you to you all - and that this is NOT now closed - we are still open for any further additions to this fund.

Plus I guess we have settled for this to be engraved on the trophy
