Evening all, on the subject of the FA Cup Semi Finals 2020. I've heard the rumours but nothing official. Therefore I have contacted all agencies involved including The FA, Haymarket Publishers The Emirates and the clubs involved I have offered to fund a minimum print run of 20k issues. Printing and delivery no problems just need to edit and produce the master copy. I have even offered 1000 copies for free. Ive contacted my local MP and neighbour Sir Lindsay Hoyle, Speaker of the House of Commons because the print industry are crying out for work/business The collectors and fans of four European/World Football Club Giants are also desperate for this to happen.
I will also offer the same for the FA Emirates Cup Final of 2020.
Lets make this happen, if not the industry is finished.

Geordie Ian, that is fantastic to read.

It's a no brainer to do them, and without sounding contradictory, they don't have to be anything mind blowing - before the semis were always at Wembley, they were often produced by the host club and fairly 'normal' affairs

FWIW the final deserves a bit more of the bells and whistles - A4, and if possible a hardback for pre-order subscribers?

These are popular items, and I am sure they they will sell

Very best of luck getting this to happen, feels too important. Programmes are important, they are the tangible survivors of games big and small, far, far ago.

Does anyone have an update on whether programmes are being produced for the FA Cup semi finals or indeed the final itself?

My understanding is that FA Cup semi programmes are not being published (neither are programmes for the EFL Play-offs) this year.

However, a programme is due to be published for the FA Cup Final - expected to be a 116 page issue - although availability has yet to be decided. Steve Earl, on his website, states that it is not going to be made available to buy from dealers like himself - but we will have to await further details after the FA Cup semi finals have been completed this weekend.

I e-mailed the F.A. a couple of days ago, and had the following response from the merchandise team at Wembley.

"Thank you for getting in touch.

I have been informed that no programmes will be produced for the Semi-Finals, but there will be one for the Final.

They'll be sold online, so please monitor our website (www.TheFA.com) for updates. Further information will be confirmed following the semi-finals.

Best wishes
Customer Engagement Team".

So there you have it. Nothing for the semi-finals, but one for the Final.

WH Smith sell the Champions League programme in store most seasons

(No doubt there is a tiny difference to the stadium version!)
